REACH was designed to build stronger, safer, and more confident performers.
Using light weights, stability balls, bodyweight exercises, and other targeted techniques, the program focuses on building strength without bulk. The goal is simple: help dancers meet the physical demands of choreography with control and confidence.
REACH emphasizes upper body strength, core stability, and supporting musculature—areas often underdeveloped in young dancers. It also builds a clear understanding of how the body works, enabling more precise movement and significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Ultimately, the program is about longevity: supporting a long, healthy dance career—and a strong, capable body well beyond it.
Sessions are 1 hour and offered via Zoom. In-person sessions are available for participants in the Toronto area.
