virtual and mobile service personal training

Rhonda started Tab Fitness in 2012 to help people stay strong and steady with workouts that fit their needs. She knows that as we get older—especially for women after menopause—staying active takes a mix of fun and variety. That’s why no two sessions feel the same, and why sticking with it actually feels good.

Rhonda’s expertise comes from years of dance conditioning, body maintenance philosophy and fitness training. She can recommend a path forward that will be safe, effective and most importantly, bring you a sense of having done something well worth your time.

Classes

Rhonda’s TAB Fitness has blocks of virtual sessions that you can join.

Developed from three distinct pillars: Empowerment, Energizer and Alignment, you can count on a class that gives you what you need when you need it.

xxxRhonda also offers a virtual 5 week class that rotates through the year. If you need a more modest option join her on Tuesday evenings for class. 5 classes $100, including hst.(17.70 a class)
Classes are a fusion of Rhonda’s favourite classes from the old TAB Fitness schedule. You can find yoga, pilates, functional strength, stability ball work, dumbbell resistance training, boxing, dance, balance and flexibility work. The same supportive environment and individual instruction. Same great feedback without leaving your own home. A very convenient and affordable way to train.

In August of 2016, a jury at CanFitPro selected Rhonda as one of its 3 finalists for Fitness Professional of the Year.

“Rhonda doesn’t necessarily tell people what they want to hear. She really believes that a healthy lifestyle is a life-commitment, and that it’s more important to be consistent and methodical about improving physical health then jumping on the trendy-exercise bandwagon and then falling off if it doesn’t work.”
